Herbal Compress Ball
Ingredients:
Herbs including:
Lemongrass, Zingiber cassumunar (Plai), Turmeric, Kaffir lime, Tamarind leaves, Camphor, Curcuma, Salt, Citronella, Pandan leaves, and others.
Instructions for Use:
Spray water on the compress ball to moisten it.
Steam the ball for 15–20 minutes until it’s hot enough.
Apply to the desired area. When the compress starts to cool, reheat and continue use.
Can be used with massage therapy for relaxation and pain relief.
Can also be used after exercise or for people with muscle or joint pain.
Helps relieve pain, fatigue, and stimulates blood circulation.
Storage Instructions:
After use, leave the compress to cool and dry. Can be reused 3–5 times.
For reuse, store in the refrigerator or freezer in a sealed container.
